Once your order has been shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number; simply visit the correspondingcarrier's website and enter your tracking number to track your shipment.

All products will have an expiry date noted on the packaging.
For most products, the shelf life is three years when unopened and stored at room temperature.
We recommend using the product within 12 months of opening, as indicated by the 'open jar' symbol, except for some specific products.
To ensure that your products remain in optimal condition, we recommend storing them in a cool and dry area away from direct heat or sunlight.

If your order appears to be lost,we advise you to contact us by email within the first 14 business days of placing your order for U.S.orders and within 30 days for international orders, and we'll be happy to assist you.
